Dear colleague,

The conference date is approaching and we would like to inform you that deadline for abstract submission has been extended until 7 May 2012. At this stage, only proposals for poster or virtual presentations can be submitted.

More than 450 proposals have been submitted for presentation at the conference so far. You can have a look at the accepted abstracts at: http://www.formatex.info/emr2012/acceptedabstracts.php

We would also like to remind you the deadline for registration is 23 May 2012.

EMR2012 Conference will bring together researchers and professionals from a broad set of science and engineering disciplines with the aim of sharing the latest research results in materials, processes and systems involved in the energy generation, transmission and storage.

Publications-Dissemination of presented works
  • Abstract Book: A Book of Abstracts will be produced including all abstracts of proposals presented at the conference. Each registered participant will receive a copy at the beginning of the conference.
  • Proceedings: The proceedings of the meeting will be formally released as a book, titled "Fuelling the future: advances in science and technologies for energy generation, transmission and storage", and will be published by BrownWalker Press (Boca Raton, FL, USA), which will ensure an adequate international distribution and availability of the book. Only one Full Paper can be submitted, but two works can be presented at the conference. Deadline for full paper submission: 18 July 2012.
